I need to be able to group users in Security Users Editor by Branch (dept, group)

In order for the Branch Managers in a specific Branch to only see the users they manage instead of all users

As a Branch Manager user

I need to be able to manage only the users I supervise

In order to not accidentally manage any other company users.
